Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Growing Up

Childhood issues can remain in the energy field well into adulthood.  Some humans take them to the grave and beyond, even to the point of bringing them back to battle with them for another lifetime.  Did you know that carrying them around is unnecessary?  Once a lesson is learned, it can be seen with gratitude and transmuted into higher vibrations.  There are those who were mistreated.  Others were abandoned.  We will not go into the myriad ways humans do a disservice to one another, but in carrying the vibration of victimhood forward, you are perpetuating the legacy and doing a disservice to the self and to the Self.

Are you aware of how you were mistreated and how that is affecting you now?  That is the first step.  Now are you willing to change?  To stop the abuse of yourself?  It only takes a moment of recognition of this, the greatest opportunity of your life … to change the pattern.  How do your childhood hurts show up in your life today?  It is time to leave the things and ways of your childhood behind and step into your true power.  One before you may have wielded anger or another such low vibration, but you now have the opportunity to wield the only power that transmutes all beneath it … Love.  Isn’t it time?

  1. Thank you Sanaya for this meditation today, as it is a subject that I've struggled with my entire lifetime. It wasn't until my reading with Suzanne, after my parents both passed, that my mother was able to convey to me how terrible she felt about her cutting words. She didn't realize how deeply I had felt the hurt. It took me a lifetime to realize that I could let abuses go---and choose to send them love and forgiveness. Many life lessons came into focus.

  2. Forgiveness. Your key to happiness. Forgive yourself first, then all others. Be true to this Word Forgiveness. Let the past go.
