Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Whole

Integrity … why is it so important?  Higher choices are always those which are in alignment with Truth.  Lower choices are dissonant.  All aspects of the Higher Self work in harmony to show you what is the highest choice.  The physical self cringes and twinges when decisions, actions, choices, thoughts, and words are not in alignment with the highest good.  The spirit nudges you through intuition.  That “gut feeling” is of the soul when you are pondering something that is less than the greatest good.  All work together.  They are integral.  Do you see?  In-tegr-ity.  Aim to always be in alignment, and you cannot go wrong.

Note from Suzanne:  I love this.  I had never put the two words together (integrity and integral).  I looked up "integral" after typing the message and found this:  "of, relating to, or belonging as a part of the whole; necessary to the completeness of the whole."  When I think of "integrity," it is always with the definition meaning:  "adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty", but the dictionary shows it also means, "the state of being whole, entire, undiminished; a perfect condition." How absolutely perfect to show us this in the context of our physical and spirit selves being in alignment.  Adherence to ethical principles always takes us toward wholeness. Thank you, Sanaya!
