Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Digging In

Allow, allow, allow.  What does this mean?  When you dig in your heels, no matter the reason, life cannot flow.  You become stuck in a pattern of thoughts or actions, no matter how “saintly,” and growth does not occur.  Taking a strong position, even if you are sure it is “spiritual” or “correct” will always impede the flow of Life, because you now must defend it and are not open to change and other viewpoints.

All of Life is about growth of the soul, which requires change.  Even the soul is changing.  The only “thing” that never changes is the underlying Absolute, which few in human form experience.  When they do so, it is only for the briefest of ecstatic moments.  Until that moment of eternal bliss, relax.  Relax your standards, relax your belief systems, relax your jaw.  It is all okay.  All of it.  All is part of the great Tapestry of Life.

  1. Sanaya must be the ultimate psychologist. A Superteacher. He/she/it over time finds a way to drive home a point through repetition, but stating the point in subtle, different ways. After a while, perhaps years, even the thickest of numbskulls must "get it". Like me. As I read today's post I pretty well knew what was coming.....have read this before but stated with different words and a slight twist.
Dearest Sanaya, I'm sure you are aware you are getting through to, hopefully, many of us. If even just a bit.
    I love you.
